The Evolution of "BeYoutifulbyM"

You know that gut wrenching feeling you get when you know there's change coming in your life? Or even when you yourself have to make that life changing decision. Yeah, that feeling right there. It doesn't really feel good, right?

"Change doesn't always feel good, but it is necessary."

I've recently moved back to my home state, New Jersey, from South Carolina. So when I tell you I know first hand about change, it is REAL. I remember the day my husband and I sat in our bedroom after months of prayer, looked at each other and new exactly the next decision we would have to make. Although some may say it was an easy one, for us, it was not.

Long story short, the confirmation was set in stone and we packed our bags and moved back home. Curtis had been living in SC for 6 years and I was there for 3 1/2. He practically spent his adult years there; learning about himself and the man he wanted to be. We knew that the transition out of the military life was going to be a challenge but we remained faithful and positive.

"This is where the evolution begins..."

I started to examine myself in a way that allowed me to search deep in my heart and thoughts. If you're in your 20s or have ever lived through your 20s, you can imagine it's a time in life when you're really learning about yourself and you've realized you actually have BILLS TO PAY (who ever invented bills? disrespectful.)!As you've probably realized, my blog is no longer called "BeYoutifulbyM", and although I loved the name and forever grateful to those that have followed me since the beginning, change doesn't always feel good, but it was so necessary. I wanted to be transparent with you and share some reasons as to why I've transitioned and why it's necessary for you to listen to your inner voice.

"Be Your Own Kind of Beautiful."

There are a couple of reasons why I've transitioned into "love, Michelle Ana". For one, in this blogger industry (well, any industry for that matter) if "they" (meaning the company/person with the opportunities) can't find you, they can't pay you. What do I mean by that? Well, if you make it hard for people to get in contact with you or they simply don't know your name (for example @honeybooboo8765xo, really?), how do they know who to look for? For the last months, I had been thinking "Michelle, make it simple.", not just for them, but for me.

"Being Authentic is so Genuine."

The ultimate factor that played a huge role in me transitioning was that I can only be me, and what I mean is that if the essence of my blog is to embrace who YOU are but I'm only showing you my method of how "I" do things and who "I' am, then how is that me helping YOU "BE YOU?". It's really me showing you who I am and what I do. I will still be here to encourage you to love life and love who you are, but I am one of those detail oriented, very into symbolisms kinda gal, and I couldn't go on with "BeYoutifulbyM" knowing that that is how I felt inside. I guess you can see, with the physical location transition going on, it has transpired an inner heart felt transition as well.

So I want to simply introduce me, Michelle Ana. I am flawed. I make mistakes and I even think I'm crazy sometimes, but I love who I am and how God made me. I am beautiful, even with my imperfections. So with this transition, I want you to know that each word I type and each blog posts/youtube video I make, it is with "love". I live on this earth with a purpose, and I plan on making it known.LoveMA_transparent-bg
